<p>Фибрите са несмилаеми части на растенията. Не съдържат калории, но засищат. Затова онези, които спазват диета, трябва да консумират много зърнени продукти, плодове и зеленчуци.</p>
<p>Добре е да свикнем да се храним с богати на фибри храни, защото е полезно за организма ни. Начинаещите могат да започнат с консумирането на пшенични трици и отиз, кремсупи от бобови растения или нарязани на дребно сурови зеленчуци преди ядене.</p>

<li>Необходимата дневна норма се съдържа в следните хранителни продукти: 3 филии типов хляб, 2 филии сухари, 3 картофа, 2 големи моркова и 1 голяма ябълка.</li>
<li>Най-много фибри се съдържат в житните продукти. Хубаво е да консумираме много пълнозърнест хляб и овесени ядки.</li>
<li>Всички видове зеле, бобови и зеленчуци като царевицата и лука се нареждат на второ място.</li>
<li>Важно е да консумираме много плодове, Особено се препоръчват малини, череши, банани, авокадо, киви.</li>
<li>Който поема много фибри, трябва да пие и много минерална вода, която не съдържа калории, а когато е газирана освежава.</li>
